Teaching methods

Based on the results of my observations, the teaching methods used by teachers in the class are more into the teacher learning center approach. So, the teacher explains more and the students listen and understand the contents of the teacher's explanation. However, students are also asked for their activeness such as question and answer so students do not stay quiet. Questions and answers are also carried out by the teacher as a measurement of how students understand.

Their learning materials and innovation

subjects provided based on the applicable curriculum. Students are also given books that are in accordance with the curriculum. Besides that, the teacher explains by showing pictures or videos. Otherwise, the teacher explains according to observation or experience and students are invited to discuss. When transferring knowledge from teacher to student does not really involve innovative ways. However, the teacher can explain the subject matter clearly.

Sources of learning and technology

At USANT, the learning resources used are books given from the school. The book according to the applicable curriculum is K to 12. But for e-learning classes, not only books are used, but their learning resources from e-books and the internet. The technology used to support learning is a laptop or computer, printer, projector, LCD, and speaker.

Authentic assessment

Authentic assessment is an assessment used to measure how much students understand the lessons they have learned. In addition, authentic assessment can also measure the success of teacher performance in the process of transferring knowledge. Based on my observations, authentic assessments in the class are student activeness, questions-answers, quizzes, self-assessment, worksheets, assessment of observations.
